A few days ago, C. Alexander London, author of the Dog Tags series and several other books, came to Dearborn as part of The Big Read. He started off his visit at two Dearborn schools, William Ford Elementary and Snow Elementary, where he spoke to over four hundred students.
In the evening, London entertained 23 kids and 19 adults at the Henry Ford Centennial Library with his talk about getting in touch with your wild side and writing from an animal’s perspective. Barnes & Noble attended the library event and made it possible for patrons to purchase books and have them signed by the author. All in all, it was a great day and we were able to reach a large audience of youth in our community. For those who missed London’s visit, there are a limited number of signed copies of C. Alexander London’s books available at the Barnes & Noble in Allen Park.
